With all the fun and festivities done for another year, there is just one more tradition to be celebrated:The Epiphany!
We of course are doing the Galette des Rois, a moist frangipane filled puff pastry with a fève and a crown for the winner

Also in exiting news we are starting baking classes in our shop!!
We have always wanted to do this but with our shop move last year we did not get a chance. We are planning our first course on Saturday 24th March and are in the planning stages for more!
