One of my favourite celebration during the year is a french tradition...And it is...This Sunday!!! Yeepeeeee!
The "Galette des Rois" (Kings Pie) brings me back lots of childhood memories, and I simply can never eat enough of it...
It's a kind of pie made with puff pastry and filled with frangipane (Almond cream), served warm or cold. Absolute Delish! In each galette, a "feve" (a small ceramic treasure not to be eaten!) is placed by the baker; and whoever finds the feve in their slice gets the crown, and is declared king for the day.
It is lots of fun and a great way to share a fantastic time when visiting friends and family.
I have 2 sizes available (6 or 12 slices)...Just give me a call or come by! I would strongly recommend to preorder to avoid disappointment...

Kenny has started to do the breads for the shop...!
So daily fresh homemade breads are available ... lovely crust (just like Kenny...) with a lovely soft heart inside (just like Kenny...hehe) ...Let me mention here that he surprised me on Christmas Day with an engagment ring!!! (I still haven't recovered from the surprise and am floating on a cloud =^.^=)
His flavoured bread rolls are out of this world, if I may say so myself, and a hidden talent is coming out big time!
