Our wedding cakes are made of 5 layers of genoise sponges with our French buttercream filling. the sponge can be vanilla, chocolate or red velvet; and the French buttercream can be vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, lemon, pistachio ... or a mix! The bottom tier can be biscuit cake.
For the covering, the cake can be naked style, half naked, or covered in sugar fondant or buttercream. And for decorations we can use our own sugar flowers, macarons or fresh fruits. If you would like fresh flowers to match the bride's bouquet, you would have to get some extra ones from your florist so they match exactly.

We use dowels to keep the tiers in place and stable, and we often assemble the cake at the venue.
Prices include delivery within 20 mins of Kilcullen, anywhere further we charge €20 per hour spent to cover time and petrol.

The pyramid is made of 10 layers that seat on top of each other, and here is the number of macarons the structure can hold per level with prices:
1 (top) – 5 macarons
2 – 9 macarons (14 for the 2 levels) €21

You can choose the colours and flavours you would like of course (just bear in mind that stronger colours might stain).
We also charge an extra €50 for borrowing the pyramid structure, that we will refund to you once we get it back within the following week of your event.

We ask that if you would like a tag or a specific ribbon, you provide them for us.
