Preparing for the River festival! yehhaaa! Last year was the 1st Kilcullen River Festival and it was a massive success with over 4000 people coming for the event. So this year should be even better! And this time I'm taking a stall (couldn't last year, we were in the middle of building the shop for the opening ... )
...I started my lists....and the one called "things not to forget on the day" already has at least 30 things...More importantly: Don't forget THAT list!
I can already tell you that I'll have French Macarons, Macaron Rochers, Tea Cakes and Eclairs, and I'm working on a couple more surprises! Can't wait!
